Bills Tracker ("the App") is a personal bill-ledger service provided by jirawat p, the data controller. This policy explains the personal data we process, its purposes, recipients, locations, retention, and your choices.

| Security and operations | Scheduled-job audit records, diagnostic events, and identifiers used to prevent abuse. Hosting, authentication, and security providers also process request, network, and device information needed to deliver and protect the service. |
The App does not connect to your bank or process payments. We do not request banking passwords or full payment credentials. Free-text fields store what you enter, so do not put card numbers, bank login details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in bill names, notes, or chatbot messages.
Your browser also stores sign-in state and a persistent local cache of ledger data. On a shared device, sign out and clear the site's stored data when you finish.
We rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and reliability, legal obligations, and consent where required by applicable law. Optional features require your choice or authorization. You can withdraw optional authorizations as described below; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Without essential account and ledger information, we cannot provide your ledger. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights and the security of the service.
Your ledger database is in Google Cloud's asia-southeast1 region (Singapore). Server-side functions run in us-central1 (Iowa, USA); requests handled by those functions may process your data in the United States. Google's authentication, security, and other infrastructure may process information in other locations under its policies. LINE and AI clients you choose have their own processing locations. Using these features can therefore involve international transfers. Applicable legal requirements for those transfers continue to apply.
Infrastructure providers may retain operational or security records under their policies. Records needed for legal obligations or claims may be retained for the applicable period. Data already received by a connected AI client is subject to that client's retention practices.
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, a copy or portability, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing; withdraw consent where we rely on it; and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent authority. Contact us for rights not available in the App. We may need proportionate identity verification, but will not ask for your password or raw access tokens.
Database rules and server-side authorization restrict ledger access to the appropriate account and approved client permissions. HTTPS/TLS protects data in transit. This is not end-to-end encryption of stored ledger data: authorized server systems and service providers process it to operate the App. No system can guarantee absolute security; keep account credentials and PATs private and revoke unwanted connections.

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. It does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable data-protection or consumer laws.
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and give notice of material changes in the App or by another appropriate channel. If a new use requires consent, we will request it separately.

เบราว์เซอร์ยังเก็บสถานะเข้าสู่ระบบและแคชข้อมูลบิลไว้ในอุปกรณ์ หากใช้อุปกรณ์ร่วมกับผู้อื่น ควรออกจากระบบและล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์เมื่อใช้งานเสร็จ
ฐานการประมวลผลได้แก่ การให้บริการตามที่ร้องขอ ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัยและความน่าเชื่อถือ หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย และความยินยอมเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด ฟีเจอร์เสริมขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกหรืออนุญาตของคุณ และถอนการอนุญาตได้ตามวิธีด้านล่าง การถอนจะไม่ยกเลิกการประมวลผลที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายก่อนหน้านั้น หากไม่มีข้อมูลบัญชีและรายการบิลที่จำเป็น เราจะไม่สามารถให้บริการรายการบิลของคุณได้ เราไม่ขายข้อมูลหรือนำไปใช้โฆษณา
เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด หรือเมื่อจำเป็นเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิทางกฎหมายและความปลอดภัยของบริการ
ฐานข้อมูลบิลอยู่ในภูมิภาค asia-southeast1 (สิงคโปร์) ของ Google Cloud ส่วนฟังก์ชันเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทำงานใน us-central1 (ไอโอวา สหรัฐอเมริกา) คำขอที่ผ่านฟังก์ชันเหล่านี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลในสหรัฐอเมริกา ระบบยืนยันตัวตน ความปลอดภัย และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอื่นของ Google อาจประมวลผลในสถานที่อื่นตามนโยบายของ Google ส่วน LINE และไคลเอนต์ AI ที่คุณเลือกมีสถานที่ประมวลผลตามแนวทางของตน การใช้ฟีเจอร์เหล่านี้จึงอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งข้อมูลระหว่างประเทศ โดยยังต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอาจเก็บบันทึกการดำเนินงานหรือความปลอดภัยตามนโยบายของตน ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายหรือสิทธิเรียกร้องอาจเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนข้อมูลที่ไคลเอนต์ AI ได้รับไปแล้วขึ้นอยู่กับแนวทางเก็บรักษาของไคลเอนต์นั้น
ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นของกฎหมาย คุณอาจขอเข้าถึง สำเนาหรือโอนย้ายข้อมูล แก้ไข ลบ จำกัด หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล ถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่เราใช้ฐานนี้ และร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของไทยหรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจอื่น ติดต่อเราเพื่อใช้สิทธิที่ไม่มีในแอป เราอาจยืนยันตัวตนตามสมควร แต่จะไม่ขอรหัสผ่านหรือโทเค็นเข้าถึงฉบับจริง
กฎฐานข้อมูลและการอนุญาตฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์จำกัดการเข้าถึงรายการบิลให้ตรงกับบัญชีและสิทธิ์ไคลเอนต์ที่อนุมัติ HTTPS/TLS ปกป้องข้อมูลระหว่างส่ง แต่ไม่ได้เป็นการเข้ารหัสข้อมูลบิลที่จัดเก็บแบบต้นทางถึงปลายทาง (end-to-end) ระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์และผู้ให้บริการที่ได้รับอนุญาตต้องประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อให้แอปทำงาน ไม่มีระบบใดรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ทั้งหมด โปรดรักษาข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบและ PAT เป็นความลับ และเพิกถอนการเชื่อมต่อที่ไม่ต้องการ
