Bills Tracker ("the App") is a personal bill-ledger web app provided by jirawat p. You can record bills, amounts, dates, payment status, and notes, and optionally use LINE reminders or connect AI clients. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App currently provides personal bill tracking free of charge. We do not promise a fixed quota or unlimited use; technical limits, rate limits, available features, and capacity may change as the service develops.
We may introduce paid plans in the future, for example if infrastructure costs increase. Before any charge, we will announce the plan's price, billing period, features, limits, and conditions. A paid plan will require your separate, affirmative opt-in. We will never automatically convert your free use into a charge or charge you merely for continuing to use the free service.
You can stop using the App at any time, disable LINE reminders, revoke connected AI clients, or delete your account from Settings. Successful account deletion is irreversible; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what records may remain.
There are currently no service fees, so there are no monetary payments to refund. If paid plans are introduced, their cancellation and refund policies will be published before purchase and presented for your acceptance. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or material violations of these terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about the issue.
You retain rights in the bill data you enter. You authorize us to process it as needed to provide and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Export important records and review your ledger for accuracy.
Connecting an AI client is optional. It can read data or perform actions within the permissions you approve and operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Revoking its access prevents future authorized access but does not delete data it already received. Signing out of the App does not by itself revoke an AI connection or PAT.
The App is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor, or financial adviser. It does not connect to your bank or move money. Recording a bill as paid does not pay it. Reminders may be delayed or fail, so check payment deadlines independently. Any calculations or AI-assisted results should be reviewed; they are not financial, tax, or legal advice.
We aim to keep the App useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of every reminder, or permanent availability of a feature. Google Firebase, LINE, and connected AI clients may have their own outages or restrictions. We will give notice of significant service changes where reasonably practicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer/data-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and give notice of material changes in the App or another appropriate channel before they take effect where reasonably practicable. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and export or delete your data. New paid charges always require the separate opt-in described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to you. The English and Thai versions are intended to have the same meaning.

เราอาจเพิ่มแพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินในอนาคต เช่น เมื่อค่าโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสูงขึ้น ก่อนเรียกเก็บเงินจะแจ้งราคา รอบเรียกเก็บเงิน ฟีเจอร์ ขีดจำกัด และเงื่อนไขของแพ็กเกจ การใช้แพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินต้องได้รับการเลือกและยอมรับอย่างชัดเจนจากคุณแยกต่างหาก เราจะไม่เปลี่ยนการใช้ฟรีเป็นการเรียกเก็บเงินอัตโนมัติ หรือเรียกเก็บเงินเพียงเพราะคุณยังใช้บริการฟรีต่อ
คุณหยุดใช้แอปได้ทุกเมื่อ ปิดแจ้งเตือน LINE เพิกถอนการเชื่อมต่อไคลเอนต์ AI หรือลบบัญชีในหน้าตั้งค่า การลบบัญชีที่สำเร็จไม่สามารถย้อนกลับได้ ดู นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เพื่อทราบว่าลบข้อมูลใดและอาจมีบันทึกใดคงอยู่
ปัจจุบันไม่มีค่าบริการ จึงไม่มีเงินค่าบริการให้คืน หากมีแพ็กเกจแบบชำระเงินในอนาคต จะเผยแพร่นโยบายยกเลิกและคืนเงินก่อนซื้อและให้คุณยอมรับ โดยไม่กระทบสิทธิตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้
เราอาจจำกัดหรือระงับการเข้าถึงเมื่อจำเป็นตามสมควรเพื่อจัดการการใช้งานที่ผิด ภัยความปลอดภัย หรือการละเมิดข้อกำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ หากทำได้และเหมาะสม เราจะแจ้งและมีช่องทางให้ติดต่อเกี่ยวกับปัญหานั้น
คุณยังคงมีสิทธิในข้อมูลบิลที่กรอก และอนุญาตให้เราประมวลผลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการและปกป้องระบบตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ควรส่งออกข้อมูลสำคัญและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการบิล
การเชื่อมไคลเอนต์ AI เป็นทางเลือก ไคลเอนต์อ่านข้อมูลหรือดำเนินการได้ภายในสิทธิ์ที่คุณอนุมัติ และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตน การเพิกถอนหยุดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงในอนาคต แต่ไม่ลบข้อมูลที่ได้รับไปแล้ว การออกจากแอปไม่เพิกถอนการเชื่อมต่อ AI หรือ PAT โดยอัตโนมัติ
แอปเป็นเครื่องมือบันทึกข้อมูล ไม่ใช่ธนาคาร ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน หรือที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน แอปไม่เชื่อมต่อธนาคารหรือโอนเงิน การบันทึกว่าชำระแล้วไม่ได้ชำระบิลจริง การแจ้งเตือนอาจล่าช้าหรือไม่สำเร็จ จึงควรตรวจวันครบกำหนดด้วยตนเอง ผลคำนวณหรือผลที่ AI ช่วยจัดทำควรได้รับการตรวจสอบ และไม่ถือเป็นคำแนะนำทางการเงิน ภาษี หรือกฎหมาย
เรามุ่งให้แอปมีประโยชน์และเชื่อถือได้ แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะทำงานต่อเนื่องหรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด ส่งแจ้งเตือนสำเร็จทุกครั้ง หรือคงฟีเจอร์ใดไว้ตลอดไป Google Firebase, LINE และไคลเอนต์ AI อาจขัดข้องหรือมีข้อจำกัดของตน เราจะแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการที่สำคัญเมื่อทำได้ตามสมควร
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่องจากการใช้แอป ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ยกเว้นความรับผิดจากการฉ้อโกง การกระทำโดยเจตนา ความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง หรือความรับผิดและสิทธิด้านผู้บริโภค/ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้นหรือจำกัด
เราอาจปรับข้อกำหนดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ โดยปรับวันที่มีผลและแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญในแอปหรือช่องทางอื่นที่เหมาะสมก่อนมีผลเมื่อทำได้ตามสมควร หากไม่ยอมรับ คุณหยุดใช้และส่งออกหรือลบข้อมูลได้ การเรียกเก็บเงินใหม่ต้องได้รับการเลือกยอมรับแยกต่างหากตามที่ระบุข้างต้นเสมอ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย โดยไม่จำกัดสิทธิที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้คุณและไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษและไทยมีเจตนาให้มีความหมายตรงกัน
